Houston, We Have A Problem
Learn to talk about problems at work, and most importantly the language you need to find the solutions to these problems.
Who? This class is for intermediate members. We all face problems from time to time – it’s a fact of life. The difference between successful businesspeople and those left behind is how they deal with those problems. Are you a reflexive thinker? Or a reflective thinker? If you don’t know the answer, then this is the class for you.
What? In this class, we’ll look at a selection of typical problems in the modern workplace, and talk about where you normally find your best inspiration for solving problems. After this, we’ll study a problem-solving meeting and learn a systematic method to identify the problem, the objectives and the possible courses of action. Finally, we’ll look at some real-life problems and work out what the best course of action would be.
